What do customers say?

Long-term members and first-time visitors consistently praise the breadth of services, staff expertise, and the quality of IV and facial treatments. Most visits feel welcoming and leave clients wanting to return or purchase packages.

However, recent reviews flag management friction and billing practices that warrant attention. Several complaint with mandatory-seeming membership enrollment, collection agency threats over cancellation, and reports of rude management. Facility condition and parking challenges also surface, though less frequently than service praise.

Reviewers consistently report feeling heard and cared for by Silvina and her team. The clinic conducts thorough bloodwork with real explanation, builds personalized plans (switching between creams, injections, and pellets as needed), and offers on-site labs and multiple treatments (TRT, HRT, weight loss injections, microneedling). Zero wait times and quick scheduling are noted; staff names Debbie and Monica appear in positive contexts. The 5-star uniformity across 55 reviews is striking.

Staff earn consistent praise for attentiveness and warmth, and many reviewers report feeling noticeably refreshed after IV treatments. However, a membership sold with unavailable oxygen therapy, occasional needle placement errors, and noise control issues in the lounge space have created friction for some visitors. The business serves IV vitamin infusions and other injectable treatments in an open lounge setting. Named staff including Angel, Joseph, Carlos, Mikayla, and Wolf are mentioned positively. Performance varies: most visits go smoothly, but quality control gaps around service availability and clinical skill have disappointed a minority of clients.

Staff go beyond clinical care, treating patients like family and explaining every step of treatment with genuine enthusiasm. Reviewers praise named practitioners (Nicole for injectables, Bianca for HRT consultations, Lori for CoolSculpting) for listening and tailoring recommendations, while office staff like Aja and Peter earn consistent compliments for warmth and responsiveness throughout the wellness journey. The facility spans aesthetics, red light therapy, CoolSculpting, and HRT with on-site bloodwork and wellness coaching. Reviewers note that pricing feels fair rather than exploitative, and the overall vibe emphasizes long-term support over one-time sales, with some calling it their "second home."
