Disputes about your score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are telling us the underlying data is flawed: your profile was matched to the wrong business, some reviews were attributed to you by mistake, or a summary misrepresents what your reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing to reflect what is correct. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the number we computed does not match your actual reviews.

Removal requests

Your listing is removed when your business has closed permanently, duplicates another entry in the directory, or falls outside the scope of testosterone replacement therapy clinics. Our monthly re-verification cycle also detects and removes closed businesses automatically.
